Man, what a day. We found out that the liver scan she had yesterday showed that she did not excrete the dye the way she was supposed to. This means that she will have to have a few more tests and a biopsy of her liver to figure out why she is storing bile in her liver. More than likely she will need surgery. All of these things need to be done and have the best results if they are done before she is 8 weeks old. On a positive note, at her night time feed she took her entire bottle of 50ml. We are just praying for good news. It is hard to be hit so many times with what seems to be more setbacks. We are also praying for peace and understanding. We look forward to taking her home, its just taking longer than we expected.
