Oh my, today was a very long day. We started off the day by getting to the hospital at 0830 in time for her 0900 feeding and dilation. When we got there we found out that the scan of her liver that we had been preparing for did not get ordered. So, we stayed at the hospital until it was all figured out. They were able to get her scan in later in the afternoon. The scan itself took an hour and they had to start an IV to inject the radioactive dye. We were able to go into the scan with her and she did pretty well. They had to strap her down so she didn't move and she really didn't like that. After the scan was complete they were able to take the IV out, which we were very happy about because it was in her head. She got to bottle feed twice today taking in 30ml of her 50ml feed in the morning and 45ml of her 50ml feed in the evening. We are just taking things slowly as she gets stronger and we can wean her off her oxygen. It just seems to be a very slow process.
I know, I know, my hat is too big. Give mom and dad a chance to go home and get a new one they have had a long day!

So glad you're updating! She looks great but I'm sure you're exhausted... Praying for progress! On the bright side, she couldn't look cuter!
Steph and Jody,
Abigail is so cute. We are praying for her progress. We love seeing pictures of her. Aunt Debbie
