Today marked another special day for our family. Abigail got to meet "G", one of her great-grandmothers. "GG" or Grandma Gloria came in from Nocona and was welcomed with a nice spit up. She got to hold her and visit for a while this afternoon so that was really great. We also celebrated Granddaddy Joe's birthday last night with "G" and some family friends.
Happy Birthday Granddad!

Abigail is having trouble keeping all of her feeds down and her weight is fluctuating because of that. She has had a few days with some weight loss and a few days with big weight gains. The doctors have started her on MCT oil that is given before a feed to aid in extra fat absorption. We continue to bottle feed her once a day and the rest is given through the NG tube. We are still trying to fatten her up while we let the steriods and antibiotics run their course. On Tuesday both will be complete and we expect to discuss the cardio issues.

I am a friend of Jane's from our Baylor days. I just wanted to comment & let you know I am praying for your sweet little girl. Another friend told me about your blog, so I check in occasionally. God bless each of you. Tell Jane & Joe hello from Pam St. John.
Such a sweet baby!
