Last Wednesday we left to go with 3 other couples to Taos, NM for a few days of skiing. We drove with our friends Blake and Rachel and the other 2 couples met us there Thursday night. We stayed at the Snow Bear Condos in Taos Ski Valley. It was ski in/ski out and was so awesome! The first night we were there it snowed 6 inches! The following nights it snowed a couple inches each night. We got back late Monday night, so now it's back to the real world.
While we were there the Solomon Freeride Competition was happening. Rachel and I stopped for a while to watch. It was pretty cool to watch them do tricks and ski the really advanced parts of the mountain.

On Saturday night we went to Tim's Stray Dog Cantina at the base of the mountain for dinner.
It was fun to get out for the evening, but we were all so tired from a long day of skiing.

Josh and CourtneyOverall we had an awesome time! Taos is a little advanced, so me being the chicken I am didn't ski as much as everyone else did. It is so beautiful there, and to be there with friends made it even better!
